Congratulations Lorie & Trey...

Shannon and I went last night to Lorie and Trey's wedding reception, little did we know they snuck up to Gatlinburg a year ago 10-20-07 and got married then! I was in total shock, because they kept it a secret for a year and had their (or so we thought) real wedding on a Alaska Cruise in September! They did a great job of keeping a BIG secret, I know I couldn't have done it!! We had a great time and it was wonderful to see our friends! Wedding Bells Rang...

Four years ago today for my hubby and I! It is so hard to believe how fast time has gone by and we are so blessed to have our wonderful family! We spent last weekend in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg celebrating our happiness and we had a fantastic time! Jack was terrific and loved swimming with Daddy in the 'baff' (bath)! Here are some pictures!

It is amazing how fast time goes by. We are so incredibly blessed to have him in our lives. He has changed me more than I could have ever imagine and I thank God everyday for him.

I'm the lucky one. I'm his Mommy.

Less than a month...

...Until my baby turns ONE! I can't believe how fast this year has gone by and how much our lives have changed. We are so blessed to be parents to the most beautiful, sweet, loving, awesome little boy around!
He is currently into EVERYTHING! He is so close to 'letting go' while walking and it scares me to death! I can't believe how independent he is getting how curious he is. He is also very "nosey"! He stares at everyone and has to know what is going on! (Which he comes by honestly!)
I started school back this Saturday and am trying to get back into the swing of things...juggling things I guess I should say. We will make it though, just keep us in your prayers! Here are some newer pictures of Jack.

My big boy...

Hey everyone...

I just had a second and wanted to share a recent picture of my angel baby boy. Jack is 10 months and 7 days old! It's SO hard to believe it will be time for his FIRST birthday so soon!! I hope everyone is doing fantastic and summer school is over for me next week! It's hard to believe I've been back in school for 8 weeks...HOWEVER I start back on August 16th! Essh...but we will have a few weeks 'off' for 'vacation'!! Or, I think they are calling them "stay-cations"

Anyway, keep us all in your prayers because it is still hard for this Mommy to figure out how to juggle everything...from house cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, feeding every mouth in the house, that includes Tobie Girl!, to school and now studying for the Praxis...it's just a bit much sometimes and with all the other worries...essh...handing it all over STILL to God.

School, Family, Friends, Finances...Oh my...

Just been stressed a tad lately.

I had a friend tell me this week that God doesn't give us what we can't handle...however sometimes it is hard for me to see and understand that concept! When things I face on a daily basis are right in front of me, it's hard for me not to 'stress'...however, I have found the PERFECT scripture for myself and anyone who thinks the load they have on their shoulders is too much.

I thank God for my blessings, stresses and everything in the middle!

"Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all He has done. If you do this, you will experience God's peace, which is far more wonderful than the human mind can understand.
